What are your business hours?
Our typical business hours are Mon.-Fri., 10am-6pm EST. You can expect a response to emails, calls, and texts received by 3pm to be returned on the same business day. Anything received after, will be responded to before Noon the following business day. Our Transaction Coordinators, may at their sole discretion; on a case-by-case basis, choose to work outside these hours. We do our very best to be flexible and always available, but also want to have proper expectations set.
